Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At DIVINE_STONESZZ, all orders are prepared and packed with care.
No Returns, Refunds or Cancellations
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed/processed.
Our personalised, customised, energised and activated products are prepared specifically for the customer and therefore cannot be returned, refunded or cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Product Replacement
In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, you must provide complete, unedited video proof of the parcel opening.
The video must:
- Start before opening the package, showing the parcel and shipping label clearly.
- Continue without any cuts, pauses, edits or interruptions until the package is completely opened and the product is fully visible.
- Clearly show the condition of the package and product.
- Be recorded in one continuous video.
Videos recorded after the package has already been opened will not be accepted.
Edited, cut, interrupted or incomplete videos will not be accepted as proof.
Without a complete and unedited opening video from start to finish, no replacement claim for a damaged or incorrect product will be accepted.
If the required video proof is provided and the issue is verified by us, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
