Shipping Policy

At DIVINE_STONESZZ, every order is carefully packed and prepared before dispatch.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are generally shipped within 7 days of order placement.

Once shipped, delivery may take approximately 15–20 days to reach you, depending on the destination, courier service and other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that you provide a complete and correct shipping address and contact details while placing your order. DIVINE_STONESZZ is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

The estimated delivery time is not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, natural events, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control.

Such delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, you must record a continuous, unedited video from before opening the package until the package is completely opened and the product is fully visible.

The video must have no cuts, edits, pauses or interruptions.

Videos recorded after the package has already been opened, edited videos, or incomplete videos will not be accepted as proof, and a replacement claim will not be accepted without the required video proof.
