1. Products & Information
We make every effort to display product information, images, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. Since crystals, stones and natural materials are unique, slight variations in colour, size, texture, pattern and appearance may occur.

2. Spiritual Products & Use
Our crystals, bracelets, spiritual tools, rituals and intention-based products are provided for spiritual, personal and symbolic purposes. Any descriptions regarding intentions, energies or traditional associations are not guarantees of specific results.

3. Vedic Mantra Energisation
Certain products may be energised using Vedic mantras along with the personal details provided by the customer. This is a spiritual practice and does not guarantee any particular outcome.

4. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete. Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally shipped within 7 days of order placement. Delivery may take approximately 15–20 days after dispatch, depending on the destination and circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct. DIVINE_STONESSZ is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. No Cancellation, Return or Refund
Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must provide a complete, continuous and unedited video recording from before opening the package until the product is fully removed and visible.

The video must show the package/shipping label and the complete opening process without cuts, edits, pauses or interruptions.

Videos recorded after opening, edited videos or incomplete recordings will not be accepted as proof. A replacement claim will not be accepted without the required video proof.

8. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including photographs, product descriptions, text, branding, logos and other materials belonging to DIVINE_STONESSZ may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
